Provalus Celebrates Opening of Technology Innovation Center with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Manning, South Carolina. Our new space in downtown Manning is a renovated version of the Belk Building, a two-story red brick building built in 1919 that was the first shopping mall in Clarendon County. Located at 34 N. Brooks Street, the previously vacant building is the largest storefront in the main business section of downtown Manning and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. We’re honored to be located in such a historic spot in the community.
