Because it lacked strong internal resources, this client had engaged an industry-leading consulting corporation to perform custom development. This corporation was charging consulting prices for staff augmentation work and so the client quickly became over budget and past deadline on the project. The client was also unhappy with the lack of culture affinity with its internal teams. They were challenged with time zone differences for the offshore division of this consulting firm.

Through Provalus, we provided a team of functional and UAT testers to support their ongoing migration work plus their Service Cloud portal once their new clients had been migrated to the application.
